We took a well-seasoned Head Chef and made him head of our Hospitality Division-Meet Jeremy Law!
Jeremy has more than 25 years of international experience in the food service industry. He trained under a Food & Wine Top 10 Best Chef and a James Beard award winner, performed several culinary stints in Europe and owned and operated SoCo Farm and Food in North Carolina.
Jeremy brings his love of restaurants and owner-operator expertise to IIC Carolinas. His consultative approach fits seamlessly with our client-focused business model. Jeremy says “I knew I wanted to find a way to remain in the food service industry and help business owners grow and succeed. I know the challenges they face, with payroll and insurance often being the biggest operating expenses. IIC has given me a way to make a meaningful impact in the industry I love by coupling risk management expertise with decades of service experience.”

Jeremy lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and their sweet rescue dog, Miso. They are soaking up the “foody” lifestyle in our Capital City and enjoying all Raleigh has to offer. Jeremy will be traveling the state (and beyond) to help our clients perfect their recipe for success!
